Won’t let my students open the pdf in Kami

For some reason it won’t let my students open the pdf I sent them in kami. Is anyone else having this issue?

My students have been using GoogleREADWRITE. It seems now that is only program that will open PDFs in my Google Classroom, even though I created the doc in Kami. I was trying to use voice comments to give step by step directions. When I open the page in my GC there is an image but not voice playback.

I would imagine your school have changed the extension settings at source and Kami is no longer an extension via that account.

Do you have the Kami Extension and App installed? If not download them here. Extension, App. Because you are in a school, tell your tech department to follow the instructions here.
