Would love to know if anyone has had this happen to them, and what we can do to clear it up.

Unfortunately, this cannot be addressed as they might have a problem with the network. Try to reload the video (record again) and see whether it works. Hope this helps you.
Sorry. I should have responded here earlier. I reached out to Kami directly, and they identified a bug on their end that they’re working to resolve. If this pops up for you, as a short term fix, you can do a written reply to the video comment, and that will finish the transcoding process.
