Is it possible for my students to use Kami without a Google Drive account? I have Schoology and my students have Office365 accounts. Can they edit and submit documents on schoology using their district emails? I am trying to avoid making them create Google accounts if possible due to parent consent issues.
I don’t work for Kami, nor have I been using for it that long…
The main reason I can see that Kami is directly linked with Google Drive…
What happens if/when a student is working on a document for an extended period of time and they lose power/connectivity or the device locks up or shuts down? Having it linked to an online backup that will save that students work every few minutes will allow them to continue working on that document once they reconnect to it and not lose more than a few minutes worth of work. If they weren’t connected, and they had been working for a long time without saving… they would lose it all.
I could be wrong though.
