When I attempt to download a PDF, I receive
An error has occurred during upload
Please check your internet connection and try again.
When I reload, I can download with no problem. (I am downloading dozen documents a day, so this error is frustrating). This error is rather new … I know I didn’t receive this error through January and through 2019.
Suggestions?
Hmmmm I think I can help… Have you tryed logging out of the whole Doc or website you were in and logging back into it because that may help… I will try and look into it more and I will tell you what I find??
I think is either your WiFi/Mobile Network is too weak or the upload speed is too slow. OR there is a small chance that the Kami account server for you just crashed for some reason.
