Unable to share document

When I upload my document and then try to share it to collaboraters, I get an error message that says:
“We could not update the document settings. Please check your internet connection.”

Is there something I can do - My internet connection is ok. Thanks

Try refreshing your page or safe it… Log out and then join back, if your connection is off, Try to move closer to the internet source.
