Hi, When my student types in a textbox sometimes his work will disappear. I noticed that when this happens the Chromebook goes offline. Offline mode is enabled for syncing. I’m not sure why this happens intermittently but he is getting very frustrated. Is there a sure fire way to make sure his textboxes stay?

Is he closing the document before he comes back online? Kami works while offline, but the annotations will not save unless he waits to come back online before closing the document.
