Students are using Kami to fill in graphic organizers that are in pdf form. They are using textboxes to write the answers. When they submit the filled in pdf to classroom, the textboxes are shifting around and landing on top of other text so they are unreadable. Other students have no problems at all. I’m new to Kami so I don’t even know where to start troubleshooting. We have the paid version of Kami in our school district.

How many students is this happening to? Does it happen with every assignment they turn in with text boxes?
If possible, can I ask you to send me a copy of the Graphic organizer with those text boxes set-up to support@kamiapp.com? I can try to replicate the issue and see what exactly is happening for you?

I am a user of google classroom. I have no problems. Therefore, the comments are fine and so are the topics and things. So, I don’t know what the problem is.
