Spring Deal "Buy one get one free" did not apply with my purchase. Why not?

I purchased a teacher’s account with the assumption I would be getting the Spring Deal of buy one get one free. My receipt does not show I received a free subscription. I also only received one access code. I have tried to email, but I was not successful. Can someone please assist?
