Split & Merge not loading

The Split and merge tool is not working - when I try to upload a folder from my Google Drive, or a PDF from my computer… “Loading Documents” image runs indefinitely. Has anyone else run into this?

Please load the PDF in Kami first, then click on the 3 line menu, and lastly, click the Split/Merge button. This tends to work more often than loading the Split/Merge directly.
