Ongoing Editting of PDF's opened with Google Classroom

I am having numerous students who can open a PDF for the first time with Kami and fill in fields (the PDF comes with fillable fields). The next day when they open the same PDF with Kami the entire fillable fields capability is removed from the PDF.

Help?
