Some of my staff and students are having issues viewing/annotating PDFs with Kami and others are not. Some are receiving this error: “Sorry, we were unable to authorize this app for all of the files you attempted to open. Please try again.”

Hi, I am having the same problem ,after having been using this app for three years without issue. Help!
Please provide latest update. We are considering rolling out KAMI to a larger group, but cannot move forward with a decision in this current state. Thanks.
