When Kami saves the document, the text appears vertically instead of horizontally the way it was typed. However, this is just occurring on the student’s computer. I have been unable to replicate it on my computer, but it has happened to all of my students today.

We have just released a fix that should have solved this issue.
If you export the original file again, you should no longer have sideways annotations.
