We have a student who is trying to view the Kami doc their teacher loaded as an external tool in assignments in Canvas on her iPad. When she gets to the assignment, she “launches external tool” and then she goes to Kami. Once there, she can see only SOME of the pages of the Kami file. One page will load fine, then the next will say loading in the middle but be totally blank otherwise. She started off with this issue in Safari - I had her download Chrome to try it there, but she is still having the same issue. Any ideas?
