I tried to annotate and It dissapered

The annotation is there and like 3 seconds later, its gone can someone please help me with this?

This is a known bug in the previous version of Kami. Please go to web.kamihq.com/web/update_app.html to update your app to the latest version, which fixes the bug.

What if this is happening without the addon? If students are using an iPad and Safari?

Students are using Chrome OS.

What add-on are you talking about? Do you mean the Chrome extension and app?
