One of my students is having an issue and I can’t troubleshoot it because I can’t recreate it on my end. Has anyone run into this issue in the photo I am uploading below?

It appears that the student can’t save the Kami assignment back into my drive after working on it. I would say it could be something I did wrong, but he’s the only student of my class of 12 that had this issue. Any troubleshooting suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!
