Students are doing their work but unable to save to Google Drive. They have done the https://web.kamihq.com/web/update_app.html but that doesn’t fix the problem. What do I try next?
I’m having the same problem. I can’t save to Google Drive or my computer. Just getting “save failed.”
Teachers and students in my district are having the same issue. I tried downloading a document to my drive and it just kept spinning; however, later when I went into drive it was there. Very glitchy.

I’ve had 6 teachers report this today.
We see the same email about the fix. As support admin, would have been nice to be notified about the issue before it was deemed corrected, but I guess I will take it.
