I need to create a template to share with co-workers - NOT through Google Classroom. Just share and do. Is that possible? I feel like I’m missing something obvious.

Sure, just open the doc in Kami, then in the blue menu bar across the top click on the share icon. Set your permission and copy the sharable link, put the link in an email to your co-workers and you are set.
@cdresel That is not what @CoffeePlease meant. They meant that they need to be able to create a template for sharing purposes.
so @yhefter your trying to say that @CoffeePlease wants a pre-made template for which his co-workers can work off of?
