Copy for students

How do I make a copy for the students, so my annotations do not appear on their Kami copy? I am using Kami as an external tool on Canvas. TIA

All you need to do is change the sharing rights from “Students share one copy” to “Make a copy for each student”. Hope this helps!

All you need to do is select the assignment in Canvas, and then follow the instructions here.

Hi- Yes I do all of that. Kami is open, when I highlight using the markup tool it hightlites mine & my students at the same time. Things I write in a text box to model, shows up on their copy.

Try creating your own copy and NOT sharing it with your students. Hope this helps!

Did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same problem and can’t seem to get an answer anywhere.

Nope… still shows up on my students copy when I open mine thru Canvas External Tool.
