I am hoping you can help me. I have a teacher that has created an assignment in Canvas that is using Kami. However, when she goes to grade the submissions using SpeedGrader, she gets an error that the page doesn’t exist. Canvas support is telling me that Kami is not returning a valid URL for the submissions to Canvas to display within speed grader.

I have verified that the Kami extension is installed. I have emailed support 3 times about this issue and also tried a chat session, but a week has gone by and I have received no communication from Kami except for a bot response.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this or how to get support to respond?
