I used Messages as usual without any problems, signed out, and then logged back in… So I didn’t work with my name.
I tried to reset my password through AOL after trying several times, but their system told me it didn’t have any information to reset my password and gave me a call support number.
When they called the AOL support number, they told me that to reset my AOL password they had to have an active AOL account and AOL mail address— otherwise they couldn’t.
What’s going on now? Is there a secret way of Reset/ Change AOL Email Password, or am I suddenly unable to use AOL Messages?
