Some of our users can only see text from the uploaded PDF or DOC, not the images.
I have the same problem. I upgraded my account so that I could attach images in my documents, however, the images don’t appear in my save file when I am trying to view it.
We experienced this on IE 11. It’s unclear if the user had an ad blocker running, but that’s my best guess at the moment.
