We use Kami with Schoology and since the Nov 17 outage, newly submitted assignments are not showing up in Schoology. We get the message “An error was encountered while loading the document: Network Failure”.
It is definitely not a local network issue or a computer issue. The students are able to access and complete the annotations, but we can not access them in schoology.
I spent about an hour with schoology trying everything under the sun, and it really seems to be a Kami issue.
To make matters even more interesting, we can still access files that were submitted before Nov 17
