This happens sometimes:
when a create a copy of an existing document in Kami cloud, the document is clean in the browser interface; that is to say, there are no annotations added by me or other users whatsoever. But, when I click “print the original document” / “download without annotations”, the printed / downloaded version of the document comes with unwanted annotations that are not supposed to be there. Is there a fix for this? thank you.
