It would be nice to autosave to my OneDrive account.
Secondary to that, it’d be nice to customize and set local folders (more than just a single default location)

I agree. Since moving to a Windows-based laptop it would be nice to have KAMI play nice with my local or online OneDrive folders, since it automatically syncs to my laptop. It would be ideal. There aren’t really any other PDF-markup applications that do the same job.
