I used Kami to put mark up on a PDF of my November bill from a vendor (opened from my local drive). When I opened the December bill from the same vendor, the November annotations showed up. I modified them to suit the December annotations then tried to save the PDF (back to my local drive with annotations).
Despite Kami showing me the December bill, it actually saved the file using the November bill with the new annotations. Nothing I can do will make it save the December bill with the new annotations, despite Kami displaying the December bill on the screen.
Why is Kami reverting to the November bill to save but displaying the December bill on the screen? Very frustrating! 
NOTE:
November bill = Vendor Name - 2018-11.pdf
December bill = Vendor Name - 2018-12.pdf
Any ideas, folks?
