‘Balance Due problems on Invoice: QuickBooks’ is luckily not an issue, if you know the reason behind that. The balance due you are seeing at the bottom is not the total due balance, it is the balance for that particular sale and will not be included to other transactions. But if you want to change the view or the total due balance at the bottom, then follow these steps:
- Open QuickBooks online and go to the ‘ Settings > Custom Form Styles’.
- Then in the invoicing template, select Edit and go to the Content tab.
- In the upper side of the appeared page in account summary, tick the box next to Show on Invoice .
