Annotations out of place

Can someone please explain me why what I see when I open a pdf file on kami (using the browser) is not what I get when I download the same file with the annotations and open it using a pdf viewer like adobe?? It’s really annoying…

I exported the pdf file and again: what I see on kami is not what I get in adobe…

I notice that now the above problem was fixed. However, I notice that sometimes the last word of what was written in the text box is missing… any ideas? Thanks.
