AdHow to add an image that will not move?

I am trying to make an activity for my students and I want to add images (types of angle) and then have them circle the angle that goes together using the drawing or highlighter.

When I add the image how do I make it so the students will not be able to move it around? Also when I try to use the highlighter pen it will not work on images, just the box does. Am I doing something wrong?

@rlytle Use the “flatten annotations” button, then send the file to them as viewers. they will then need to make a copy and they cannot move the annotations that you made in the original file. Hope this helps!
